UX Research

One of the first steps in developing a new product or improving the usability of an existing product is to think about your users. Who are they? How can your product help them get what they want? In a sense, we become your users' advocate and give them a voice in the product development process.

Usability testing

Participants try to solve a task with a product while we observe them. In this way, we can measure how successful users are at completing a task, how quickly they complete it, what problems they encounter, and how satisfied they are with the process.

Wireframing

Information architecture helps us organize and prioritize large and complex amounts of information. Wireframing (building a basic framework for a website) allows us to explore design solutions in an efficient way.
